As a communications expert, certified life and executive coach and award-winning public speaker, I know what it takes to achieve high level results. I help people who desire and who have the willingness to do the transformational work of becoming empowered to affect change in their lives and in their communities.

My mission is to help people develop their communication and leadership skills to the highest level so that they can achieve the results and success that they desire in their lives. The primary ways that I fulfill that mission is through my writing, speaking, training, consulting, and coaching services. My mission involves helping my clients to have a greater impact personally and professionally in the world!

My background includes an Hons BA in International Relations from the University of Toronto. In addition to post-graduate training in business, corporate communications, public policy, and negotiation skills. My over 15 years of professional experience includes working in the media (The Toronto Star, Canada’s national newspaper), information technology companies and in the public sector. I am a Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM), which is Toastmasters International’s highest honour for leadership and communications excellence. Volunteering, community involvement and engagement are important to me. Giving back and being of service are foundational aspects of who I am.
